OUR FOUNDER

Meet Adrienne, our Founder.

Adrienne started My Solo Unfolding as a way to give and be of service to women (moms, particularly) who have been through divorce.  From her own experience, healing, and growth after divorce, she felt it an important step to then turn around and help other women going through something similar.  

To help single moms find their solo melody after divorce.

Healing and figuring out who you are again after being in a long term relationship is not easy, especially when you are also helping children heal through the experience.  Adrienne wanted to provide a community for single moms to be able to come together and support each other with unmatched understanding.  Women do not have to go through this process alone. There are lessons that to be learned from each other.  A group gives "the gift" of accountability to show up for yourself. To do "the work" together.  To feel less alone in this space.
